Fruit is individually selected and hand-cut, there is no better quality control than that!
We try, wherever possible, to use our own and other locally grown ingredients instead of imports. This is because we know that to produce the premium products our customers desire we need to go that extra step. Our Hedgerow Jelly contains the ingredients harvested from the naturally growing fruits of our local countryside.
